Arcade Planning Guides

Practical planning notes from Color Fun Games. These general guides help you prepare questions before comparing real equipment.

Start with the venue, not the machine. Record usable dimensions, access routes, electrical capacity and the age groups you want to welcome. A compact cabinet can still require additional space for players, queues and maintenance.

Compare more than appearance. Ask the supplier for the exact model, dimensions, power requirements, warranty terms, spare-parts support and documentation for your market. An inspiration photo is not a technical specification.

Plan for everyday operation. Consider cleaning, supervision, accessibility, noise, payment arrangements and routine checks. Test assumptions against the actual venue and local requirements before ordering.
